TOPPAN Acquires Skymark Packaging, Boosting Presence in Europe’s Packaging Market

Tokyo-based InterFlex Group, a subsidiary of TOPPAN, has completed its acquisition of UK’s Skymark Packaging International, a leading European manufacturer of flexible packaging. This acquisition enhances TOPPAN’s presence in the UK and EU, particularly in the food, converter films, and non-food sectors. Skymark, headquartered in Scunthorpe, UK, is known for its sustainable packaging solutions and diverse flexible-packaging products. The move is set to extend TOPPAN’s service reach across Europe, following its acquisition of InterFlex Group in July 2021.
