This enables packaging manufacturers to cut creasing matrix quickly, reliably and order-specific directly on their die-cutting machine. It is designed to be adapted perfectly to conditions in packaging production.” Thanks to its infinitely variable gauge, the mcut|matrix can be used for a wide range of creasing geometries. This makes it extremely flexible. Its special design reduces the cutting force to a miniumum so that little force is required when cutting creasing matrixes. If necessary, the cutting knives can be changed quickly and easily and so the mcut|matrix is ready for use again. The adjustable length gauge can be quickly locked and ensures high repeat accuracy.
