Nordmann wins hubergroup as important raw material supplier
October 2, 2020Nordmann and hubergroup Chemicals enter into a strategic distribution partnership for UV oligomers, special binders, pigment preparations and additives. With immediate effect, the international chemicals distributor takes over the distribution of raw materials for printing inks and coatings in the DACH region, Southeastern Europe, Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Great Britain and the USA. The aim of the cooperation is to use the expertise of both partners to offer customers fast and tailor-made solutions.
hubergroup Chemicals produces a wide variety of binders such as UV-curable oligomers, ketones resins and PVB at its plants in India. Furthermore, it produces pigment preparations and additives for optimizing printing inks or paints and coatings. These products have been registered with REACH and are approved for the use in printing inks. In addition, many of them meet the special requirements for food contact.

Nordmann offers the following product groups from the hubergroup portfolio:
⦁ Resins:UV-curable oligomers, polyurethane resins, modified rosin, ketonic, polyamide, polyvinyl butyral (PVB)
⦁ Pigments: Alkali Blue (PB61)
⦁ Pigment concentrates conventional process and spot colors for coldset, heatset and UV-curing inks
⦁ Additives: Adhesion promoters for polar plastic surfaces
