Grafotronic, one of the leading suppliers of digital finishing equipment, are today announcing the release of two eye-opening products. The ONE – a single anvil semi-rotary die cutting module capable of reaching a stunning 150 m/minute and Grafotronic IQ.
Featuring no less than 4 high-definition cameras, numerous of automation features and a state-of-the-art controlling software, Grafotronic IQ is a workflow automation suite that enables the Grafotronic DCL modular finisher to do job change autonomous, handling all job settings automatically.

GRAFOTRONIC IQ works with a set of cameras that are monitoring the web and automatically adjust what’s needed. All of this is done at the highest speed within the digital finishing field. Even sensors are automatically moved into the right position without any manual interference.
GRAFOTRONIC IQ takes over all the manual adjustments, and station by station is being set up in a blink of an eye. Roll change, flexo printing, semi-rotary die cutting and slitting all is done and checked with a tolerance below +/- 0,1 mm.
