ER-WE-PA GmbH Secures ISO 14001 Certification in Continued Sustainability Efforts

Davis-Standard’s German subsidiary, ER-WE-PA GmbH, recently achieved ISO 14001 certification, reflecting its commitment to customer service and environmental sustainability. This marks the fourth Davis-Standard location to gain ISO 14001 certification recently, following sites in Fulton, NY; Vantaa, Finland; and Ecublens, Switzerland. All of Davis-Standard’s global manufacturing sites are planned to be ISO 14001 certified by 2025. CEO Giovanni Spitale praised the German team for this achievement and highlighted the impact of the certification on ensuring consistent practices across the company, particularly in waste reduction, energy efficiency, and recyclability improvements. The ISO certification underscores the company’s ability to meet customer needs consistently and adhere to regulatory requirements by leveraging an effective quality management system.
