Change in shareholders in Lundberg Tech

Companies controlled by Karsten Klein and his family and by Leif Hansen and his family have bought the shares from the companies controlled by Bertil Nordin and Håkan Sundqvist, who at the same time have resigned  from the Board in Lundberg Tech A/S. The reason for this move is that Karsten, Ulrik and Leif, greatly believe in continuing the process of developing Lundberg Tech even more than they have done since Karsten and Leif took over Lundberg Tech in October 2009.

 No doubt that Lundberg Tech and its employees have a bright future ahead of us. The overall picture is very positive considering our current position in the global marketplace. On top of that, the tendencies in the business environment and in the society – i.e. focus on waste reduction/splitting of waste/recycling/sustainability/clean environment/CO2 reduction/ human working environment – are all supported by the products and systems Lundberg Tech are providing.
