WKA-B2P Launches with Continuity, Taking Over Operations in Warburg and Bielefeld

On August 1, 2025, the newly founded WKA-B2P GmbH, based in Warburg, took over the operations of Carl Kind Jr. GmbH (Bielefeld) and Warburger Klischee Anstalt GmbH (Warburg). The company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ppg > holding GmbH from Oldenburg and aims to maintain stability while sustainably developing its established business areas.

WKA-B2P will continue all activities at both locations as an independent company, ensuring long-term growth under the new ownership. Managing Director Udo Linke emphasized that customers, partners, and employees can expect continuity with a clear perspective—combining tradition with innovation.
