The CheckMaster 2D microscope
February 9, 2023The CheckMaster is a 2D microscope from Graphische Technik und Handel Heimann GmbH, which has proven itself worldwide for more than 2 decades in the field of quality assurance when measuring the cells of gravure cylinders. The device is a combination of a PC-based image processing system and a high-quality video microscope. It can be used to quickly and automatically measure engraved, etched, lasered or molette cells. The measured values are length, width, depth, surface, grid and volume. All measurement results and the associated images are saved in a measurement log.
