Rossini’s Green ESA PU Enhances Printing on Paper and Cardboard

Rossini SpA has introduced Green ESA PU, a coating for ESA pressure rolls designed to improve printing on paper and cardboard. The coating boosts ink release and transfer from gravure cylinders, enhancing print quality.

Green ESA PU offers excellent print and abrasion resistance, working with water-, alcohol-, and acetate-based inks (up to 30%). It is available as a rubber-coated steel core roller or Speedwell sleeve, with conductive or non-conductive fiberglass cores.

Key features include 80-90 Shore hardness, pressure resistance up to 50 kg/cm², and heat resistance to 90°C. This durable coating is ideal for high-performance packaging applications on fiber-based substrates.
