Kroenert and Coatema under one roof

The ATH Altonaer Technology Holding GmbH from Hamburg – owner of KROENERT GmbH & Co KG – and Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH announce that they have signed an agreement according to which ATH will acquire all shares.

Both companies and brands remain independent and act as before from their respective location.
