Jay Roth Joins as Senior Sales and Development Engineer; Ed Schwartz Promoted to Technical Service Manager
January 9, 2025New Era Converting Machinery has appointed Jay W. Roth as Senior Sales and Development Engineer and promoted Ed Schwartz to Technical Service Manager.
Roth, with nearly 30 years of industry experience, will focus on evaluating customer production processes and recommending integrated machinery and automation solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. He holds engineering degrees from Penn State and Drexel University and has been active with INDA’s World of Wipes (WOW!) committee.
Schwartz, previously Controls Engineering Manager, brings over 30 years of controls experience, including programming and commissioning converting lines worldwide. His new role leverages his expertise in PLC programming, project management, and sales.
