Blaige Completes Sale of Leader in Multilayer Barrier Flexible Packaging to Soteria Flexibles

Blaige & Company announced the sale of Hamilton Plastics, Inc. to Soteria Flexibles Corp., a portfolio company of TJC LP. Blaige represented Hamilton in the transaction.
