Big Success in The Big Easy

After a very successful Forum & INFOFLEX in New Orleans, some 1,700 industry professionals are settling back into the regular work week, with one difference. New ideas, workflows, connections, and technologies will be brought to the plate for each plant. Education and networking were the main focus during the nine sessions at Forum at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel, the Monday Evening Social and the two afternoons of INFOFLEX which included 230 exhibitors, 14 presentations at Innovation Central and a record amount of live machinery on the show floor at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

On Sunday evening award winners were announced during the Awards Banquet, held in the Grand Ballroom of the hotel for the Excellence in Flexography, Technical Innovation, and Sustainability Excellence competitions. The 2019 scholarship recipients were disclosed. Two honors were given for the President’s Award and the FTA Hall of Fame inductee was revealed. Stay tuned for an in depth recap of all of the events!
