Amcor has announced a major expansion of its North American printing, lamination, and converting capabilities to further support the meat, poultry, and seafood sectors. The investment includes state-of-the-art equipment scheduled to ramp up production through the first half of 2026.

The company says the added capacity will strengthen customer service for both forming and non-forming applications while accelerating the shift toward recycle-ready AmPrima materials.

“This investment reflects Amcor’s long-term strategy for growth in the protein market and our leadership in high-performance, sustainable packaging,” said Scott Fallon, global VP and general manager of Amcor’s Flexibles Protein Division.

Amcor operates more than 400 plants across 40 countries, employs 75,000 people, and reports $23 billion in annual sales.
