SOMA and Aura Partner to Advance Inline Color Control

Flexographic press manufacturer SOMA Engineering has formed a strategic partnership with Aura, an international consultancy specializing in packaging strategy and color management, to drive the next stage of innovation in inline color control.

At the center of the collaboration is SOMA Color Mind, a new system that enables real-time color measurement and correction directly on the press. The technology aims to cut setup times, reduce material waste, and ensure consistent color across the entire production workflow.

Aura will support SOMA customers with consulting, training, and implementation of modern color-management processes. Color Mind was unveiled during the SOMA Innovation Day on November 20 at the company’s headquarters in Lanškroun.
