Packaging Specialties is investing more than $24 million to expand its Fayetteville plant, a move that will add 101 jobs over the next five years.

CEO Nick Guglielmi said the project will boost flexographic printing capacity to meet growing demand and support new product development. Founded in 1974, the company highlighted strong support from local and state leaders.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders welcomed the expansion, calling it proof that pro-business policies help companies and communities thrive.

The investment includes new equipment to increase output of printed and laminated films, INNO-LOK zipper technologies, and other flexible packaging products supplied to customers across the U.S. and abroad.
