Rieckermann Acquires Renzmann, Strengthening Global Expansion
February 19, 2025Industrial solutions provider Rieckermann Group has acquired D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH, now renamed Renzmann GmbH. The deal, finalized on February 14, 2025, aims to enhance Renzmann’s global growth in industrial washing and distillation systems for the printing, paint, and coatings industries.
Rieckermann, a privately-owned group specializing in production and process solutions across Asia, has been distributing Renzmann’s products in the region for years. The acquisition strengthens their partnership and leverages synergies to develop more innovative and sustainable industrial cleaning technologies.
The Monzingen-based Renzmann will retain its manufacturing site and nearly 100 jobs. The company’s realignment, initiated in 2023 under Managing Director Dr. Dominik Zimmermann, will now continue with long-term support from Rieckermann.
“With Renzmann, we are expanding our portfolio by incorporating a company with solid foundations and global demand,” said Flynn Seidel, Rieckermann Advisory Board member and Managing Director of JR New Horizons, the group’s investment arm.
Rieckermann’s vast global network in the packaging printing industry is expected to accelerate Renzmann’s market reach while ensuring customers benefit from improved industrial cleaning solutions.
