D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH, a German manufacturer of industrial cleaning and solvent distillation equipment, has filed for insolvency but continues full operations. The Monzingen-based company, which serves the printing, paint, and coatings industries worldwide, assures employees their wages are secured through December. Renzmann’s advanced recycling equipment supports environmental goals and cost savings, with strong demand expected to boost revenue in 2025. A preliminary administrator, Jens Lieser, is overseeing the restructuring, and efforts are underway to find an investor by early 2025 to ensure Renzmann’s long-term stability.
