Lorven Group has significantly enhanced its production capabilities with the recent installation of the VAREX II blown film extrusion machine from Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H). This advanced machinery has achieved an impressive output of over 900 kg/hr, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Lorven Group, founded in the early 1990s by the late Shri Devulapally Bhikshapati and restructured as a private limited company in 2010, has established itself as a leader in comprehensive packaging solutions. Under the leadership of Chairman Devulapally Sunil Kumar, Chief Managing Director Devulapally Nitesh Kumar, and Director Devulapally Kushal Kumar, the company employs over 500 people and maintains state-of-the-art infrastructure to drive continuous improvement.

The VAREX II is designed as a transformative addition to the industry. This three-layer high-output blown film machine, with a width of 2800mm, processes a variety of materials, including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and mLLDPE. It produces films that are stiff, flat, and highly productive due to advanced die and extruder technology. By minimizing LDPE content, the VAREX II offers significant cost savings, highlighting W&H’s focus on value through innovation.

The machine’s new high-pressure cooling system enhances output and profile tolerances, while the fully automated winders provide precise tension control, minimizing the need for manual adjustments.
