Two notching devices in one: mcut|notch-duo from Marbach

Heilbronn-based materials distributor Marbach Die Supplies has launched a new device for notching rule materials in diemaking. Called mcut|notch-duo, this space-saving manual device is available now.

André Angermeir: “The mcut|notch-duo is a notcher of a special kind: because it has two different notchers, one above the other, with different widths (3-10 mm). The user thus receives two notchers in one. The manual gauge of the mcut|notch-duo ensures correct positioning of the notches during notching. The stepless depth adjustment of up to 19 mm makes notching safe and easy. The mcut|notch-duo is very robust and has an excellent cutting ratio. The special cutting geometry ensures an easy and clean cut and perfect results. All cutting elements are TiN-coated. This makes them very hard and durable. They are provided with cutting edges on both the upper and lower side. If an element is worn on one side, it can be turned over quickly and easily and is immediately ready for use again. In addition, multiple regrinding is possible. With the mcut|notch-duo, rule processing becomes child’s play.”

The mcut|notch-duo is available for rule materials in 2pt and 3pt.
