Turkey, a strong-growing market

Turkey, a strong-growing market

November 4, 2020 Off By Sebastian Reisig

With more than 230 million euros worth of printing, packaging, and converting machinery imported in 2019, Turkey is a central market for the industry. In 2021 Turkey will be able to go back to pre-covid figures, with high growth rates, taking the country to a total of 263 million euros worth of imported machinery in 2023. A central role in this market is played by Italy, which is among the first suppliers for the sector of Turkey.
It is to boost dialogue between these two countries that the first stop of Acimga’s Future Factory Streaming Roadshows will be in Turkey. On Wednesday, November 4, starting at 9:30 am (CET), Italian technology manufacturers will discuss the main themes of Industry 4.0 and Sustainability with important local printers, converters, and brand owners.
OMET, Simec Group, DCT and Ferrarini&Benelli will be talking along local representatives of the supply chain, such as packaging manufacturers Erken Ambalaj and Burak Ambalaj, printer Imak and brand owners Mask Gida and Tibet Group..
