The Royal Group acquires GenCorr Packaging, expands its point-of-purchase capabilities

Effective November 1st, 2021, The Royal Group (TRG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of GenCorr Packaging, located in Alsip Illinois.

“GenCorr’s business aligns perfectly with ours,” said Bob McIlvaine, president and CEO of TRG. “This acquisition expands our customer base and strengthens our manufacturing capabilities for our strategically important point-of-purchase business segment.”

We are excited for GenCorr’s experienced, talented and dedicated employees to become part of TRG. GenCorr partners Vince Baratta and Tom Beemsterboer and their team have built a great company by providing innovative solutions that will also benefit our existing customers.

Both Baratta and Beemsterboer will continue in their current roles under the new ownership.
