Shoreline Container bought by New-Indy Containerboard

New-Indy Containerboard LLC acquired the Shoreline, which designs and produces custom containers and packaging solutions.

Operations will continue at the Shoreline Container facilities in West Michigan and will carry its customer-focused and community-minded approach under new leadership, according to a news release.

Shoreline Container President and CEO Bruce Patterson and his wife, Jane, purchased principal ownership of the company in 2006 and previously served as co-owners beginning in 1985.
