Reorganization completed at Renolit & RKW

Following the agreement to change the shareholder structure of JM Holding GmbH and thus also of RENOLIT SE and RKW SE, the restructuring process has now been completed. The reorganization of the company’s shares was contractually sealed last July, and this came into force between the owners’ families on October 1, 2019.

With the completion of the reorganization, the family strains Fischer and Lang  Helms took over all shares in JM Holding GmbH and thus also in RENOLIT SE, while the family strains Müller and de Alvear acquired 100 percent of the shares in RKW SE. The approvals required by the antitrust authorities for the reorganization were positive as expected.
