Remondis buys film company Pakufol and Depner

Remondis Recycling expands its plastics recycling business. The company has taken over the shares of Pakufol Folienprodukte.

Remondis Recycling GmbH & Co. KG (Essen), which belongs to the Lüner Remondis Group, has retroactively purchased the shares in Pakufol Folienprodukte GmbH (Siegelsbach near Heilbronn), Depner Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG and Depner Verwaltungs GmbH with effect from 1 January 2018 , In this area, we have previously supplied other recyclers worldwide with used films. In the future, we will process this plastic and use it to produce foil bags made from 100% recycled material, explains Ralf Mandelatz, Managing Director of Remondis Recycling.
