ProPrint Group have bolstered their digital label printing division with the addition of the latest SCREEN Truepress Jet L350UV+

Since acquiring a Graphium Hybrid Inkjet press for digital label printing 5 years ago, the ProPrint Group has expanded. Significant growth of the flexographic provision and the addition of Linerless Labelling have contributed to our company doubling in turnover.

Owners James Denny & Nigel Tollman chose the latest SCREEN digital press to serve demand for self-adhesive digital labels across a range of sectors.  An increase in sales growth and customer appetite for premium digital label printing within short time frames drove the investment. The move will increase digital label capacity and achieve even better flexibility for customers with new label applications.

Why the SCREEN Truepress Jet L350UV+…

Keen to build on existing inkjet technology, ProPrint Group opted to source our new digital press from SCREEN. This was owing to ease of operation, exceptional print speeds and the excellent opaque white and extended colour gamut. The press offers blue and orange inkjet modules along with CMYK.

The Screen TPJ L350UV also offers:

  • Corona unit to enhance adhesion to non-top coated filmic materials or to improve adhesion when overprinting pre-foiled or printed insetted materials.
  • Insetting option
  • Chilled drum
  • Automated connectivity to a MIS system.
