Palm has acquired Orsini Imballaggi
November 9, 2022Palm announces that it has acquired the family-owned company Orsini Imballaggi based in Italy.
The corrugated board plant southeast of Milan produces packaging for the Italian market.
The acquisition of Orsini Imballaggi increases Palm’s production capacity in Italy. Now with two plants in Italy, Palm will continue to be available to all customers as a reliable and competent partner.
The Palm Group is divided into Papierfabrik Palm with its 5 paper mills for the manufacture of paper and Palm Packaging Group with 29 plants for the manufacture of corrugated board.
