Maximum performance in packaging production

With the Performance Package, the globally operating diemaker Marbach has launched a service that not only takes a close look at the productivity of the die-cutting process in packaging production, but also shows exactly which measures can be used to increase it. Marbach industry manager for paperboard, Bernhard Reisser: “The Marbach Performance Package, our service package, makes sense for every packaging manufacturer and is being used more and more. Because the trend in the market is towards maximum efficiency in packaging production. With the Marbach Performance Package we offer optimal support to our customers in this context.” This Marbach service package involves several steps: As a first step, the set-up process at the packaging manufacturer is filmed from different perspectives, then sequenced and analyzed and savings potentials calculated. In addition, experienced Marbach application engineers inspect the machine and its environment. The results of this analysis together with the resulting optimization potential and including recommended measures, are then presented to customers and discussed with them. Of course, Marbach does not abandon its customers after the analysis has been completed. If required, Marbach will support the implementation of any defined measures. Reisser continues: “With the help of the performance package, especially developed by us, our customers can achieve highest efficiency in the production of their packaging, smooth processes and safety in packaging production. This allows them to be highly productive and thus remain competitive in a highly competitive market.”
