Marbach extends the range of applications

For several months now Marbach, the Heilbronn diemaking company, has been offering a new technology in its portfolio under the name of: Universal Sheet Delivery. After the great success of the Universal Sheet Delivery in the 102-106 format, Marbach now also offers this tool for large die-cutting machines in 142-145 format.

The Universal Sheet Delivery is a tool which can be used to complement the sheet delivery in the die-cutting machine. This allows a quick and easy adaptation of the sheet delivery to each individual job. International Sales Manager Bernhard Reisser: “Up to now, converting a die-cutting machine from blanking to sheet delivery has been very time-consuming due to the need to make necessary modifications to the machine. With the Universal Sheet Delivery, the die-cutting machine can be changed over quickly and easily. This means great time savings for the machine operators, the set-up times are greatly reduced and productivity is thus significantly increased. As with the universal sheet delivery in 102-106 format, a lightblanker base frame can also be added to the lower part of the universal sheet delivery in 142-145 format. The result: a perfect stack.”

For even more flexibility, the Universal Sheet Delivery can also be combined with a guillotine for separating the gripper edge waste.
