ITW Pillar Technologies Announces New LabJet Corona Treatment System

ITW Pillar Technologies, a leading manufacturer of advanced surface treatment and induction cap sealing systems, has announced the development of a new corona treatment system for sheet materials. 

According to Steve Helker, Treatment Systems Sales Manager for ITW Pillar Technologies, “The newly developed LabJet™ portable sheet treatment technology answers the call from customers for a state-of-the-art, compact solution for treating sheet materials of many varieties quickly and accurately. As with our automated PT -CS™ Continuous Sheet Treatment technology, the LabJet™ portable sheet treatment system is suitable for treating plastic, paper, wood, metal, nonwoven, fabric or foam sheets. Helker added, “The LabJet™ treats both conductive and non-conductive sheet materials up to 400mm x 400mm, and features a built-in touch screen interface and ozone destruct module.” ITW Pillar Technologies confirmed that the LabJet™ portable sheet treatment™ technology is immediately available for all new and existing corona systems.
