ITW Pillar Technologies Announces Calibration Service

ITW Pillar Technologies has launched InþSpec™,a calibration service for web corona and atmospheric plasma systems.

ITW Pillar Technologies indicates that the InþSpec™ service provides mechanical and electrical calibrations of surface treatment systems using state-of-the-art equipment. During the calibration process, ITW Pillar Technologies technicians provide any necessary adjustments required to bring surface treatment systems into proper factory specifications. If more in-depth repairs are needed, or it isn’t possible to perform the calibration on-site, ITW Pillar Technologies will provide a detailed quote for any necessary work.

According to Sales Manager Steve Helker, “With some of our customers’ operations currently challenged by lower economic activity and a reduced workforce, InþSpec™ calibrations have kept their systems up and running in prime operating condition while simultaneously conserving capital in order to bridge the COVID-19 crisis.”

“When the InþSpec™ calibration is complete, we’ll produce a certificate outlining before and after values, the calibration date and the next service date, contact information for our laboratory and the name of the technician who performed the work, among other relevant information”, added Helker.
