Improved Service Support for North America

Reifenhäuser Group continues to strengthen its North American subsidiary with the announcement of an extended partnership with Grupo Interconsult.

Grupo Interconsult, a Colombian/German company with wide experience in the plastic processing industry, with advanced technology for plastic extrusion and thermoforming and in design and manufacturing of thermoforming tools will carry out this service.

Grupo Interconsult has been a partner with Reifenhäuser for over 20 years and serves the extrusion and thermoforming industry in more than 22 countries of Latin America, including Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Grupo Interconsult is in charge of the Reifenhauser Latam Technical Center located in Toluca Mexico, including its own Sheet Extrusion line and has offices in Toluca Mexico and in Bogota and Cali Colombia as well.

Their technical service engineers are trained directly by Reifenhäuser in Germany and are respectively specialized to perform technical installation assistance, start-up, training and after-sales service, including different levels of Service Contracts, specifically developed according to your requirements.

With this extended partnership, Grupo Interconsult will provide technical service support and installation assistance to all Reifenhäuser thermoforming sheet customers in the US and Canada.
