Hubergroup closes production site

The company is relocating 350 jobs in Heimstetten and relocating production to Lower Saxony and Poland. The headquarters should remain in the Munich area.

The Hubergroup, a more than 250 years old company for printing inks, closes its factory in Heimstetten within the next two years. 350 employees lose their jobs as a result. The company is shifting production to plants in Lower Saxony and Poland. However, the headquarters of the group is to remain in the Munich region – whether in Kirchheim or nearby, according to Heiner Klokkers, spokesman for the management, not yet clear.
