Hinojosa acquires the productive units of Demco and Edihor

The Valencian group Hinojosa has been awarded the production units of the packaging solutions group formed by Demco and Edihor. The buyer affirms that this operation will allow him to complete his offer and expand his presence in Catalonia, one of the main cardboard markets of the Peninsula.

The operation was carried out during the bankruptcy proceedings in which these companies were immersed.

In addition to incorporating the assets of these factories, Hinojosa has assumed its contracts and obligations and has committed to maintain the 101 employees of both companies, to strengthen the plant and integrate the teams within the group structure. Demco-Edihor jointly invoice 15 million euros.
