Green Bay Packaging acquires Grand Traverse Container

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) has acquired Grand Traverse Container, Inc (GTC), as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Grand Traverse Container was founded in 1995 by Tom Schofield and Mike Chereskin. GTC has consistently grown at a rate faster than the industry for over 20 years. GTC is headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan and has an operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. GTC services all of Michigan, northern Ohio and northern Indiana.
