Glossop Cartons announces management buy-out
March 11, 2021Stockport-based Glossop Cartons has undergone a management buyout.
Former sales director Wayne Fitzpatrick – who now becomes managing director of the carton board packaging manufacturer – has acquired the company and now will head up a new management team.
This will comprise David Bartlett as head of operations, Simon Boden as head of supply chain and business improvement, Clare Beswick as head of HR and Matthew Clarke as head of sales.
