Garlock Printing installs 2 Onyx 110 printing presses

Flexible packaging printer Garlock has installed 2 Uteco Onyx 110 at their facility in Gardner, MA. The Uteco Onyx 110 is a 10 colour CI flexo press with long repeat well designed for shrink films. Its max printing width is 63 inch (1600 mm) and the max repeat is 43.3 inch (1100 mm). Both presses run up to 1312 fpm (400 m/min).

Besides flexo printing, Garlock has pouch and bag making, laminating, specialty coating, slitting and rewinding, and perforation capabilities in their 300000 sqft (27871 sqm) plant.
