Free Webinar- Communicating Effectively and Managing Conflict
January 9, 2019AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is offering a free two-part webinar, Increase Your Influence: Learn to Flex Your Communication & Conflict Management Styles, Tuesday, January 15 and Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
Taught by Leah Ashford, Ashford Coaching, the first webinar will help attendees identify the communication styles of superiors, peers, direct reports, and customers, and learn to tailor their own communication style to maximum understanding and increased influence.
The second webinar focuses on five options in conflict management: accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, competing, and compromising. The webinar will help attendees understand the different options and how to select the best option to diffuse a conflict and keep a team moving forward.
Leah is the founder of Ashford Coaching, an organization dedicated to increasing the skill development and productivity of individuals and teams. Leah has 20 years of HR experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Corporate Training.
