Finzer Roller acquires Republic Roller Corp. key assets
October 17, 2022Itasca, IL-based Finzer Roller, Inc., has recently acquired the assets of Republic Roller Corp., including key pieces of equipment and intellectual property. Republic Roller recently ceased production operations of its line of rollers at its Three Rivers, MI, location.
“This acquisition will help continue with our plans for the growth of Finzer Roller and provides additional resources to better serve our customers,” says Finzer Roller CEO John Finzer. “Our goal is to ensure we can provide duplicate services that Republic Roller customers expect and hopefully exceed their overall expectations with our quality rollers and service.”
Finzer Roller is one of the largest roller companies in the United States and has 12 manufacturing facilities located in Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
