CMD Corporation Acquires FAS Converting Machinery

CMD Corporation, a leading capital equipment manufacturer in the film converting and alternative energy markets, has successfully acquired FAS Converting Machinery, a global manufacturer of machinery for plastic film converting, located in Arlöv, Sweden. The acquisition of FAS Converting Machinery is a significant step forward for CMD as it aims to enhance the company’s ability to serve its customers by expanding its geographic reach and offerings. Alignment of the two market leaders will amplify their capabilities, innovation, and service.
