Change in Comexi’s management

Continuing with the generational transition plan, the property and the Board of Directors have decided that next January 1, 2024 Pau Xifra will assume the position of General Manager of Comexi, taking over from Diego Hervás, who will continue to collaborate as an advisor to the Strategy Committee.

Diego Hervás joined Comexi five years ago as an Independent Board Member and assumed the position of CEO of the group in 2019. In these years he has managed to strengthen Comexi’s position in the flexible packaging sector, achieving very positive results both in terms of sales and financial results.

Pau Xifra, after a long career in strategic consulting, joined the Board of Comexi in 2018, and the management team two years ago, assuming the position of Director of Strategy, from which he has led the progress in the company’s strategy and transformation projects

Manel Xifra, President of Comexi, highlights the good work done by Diego Hervás and the management team: “I would like to thank him for his dedication and leadership capacity to lead Comexi to the good situation it is in today, significantly improving profitability and results in recent years.
