Become More Productive During Corrugated Week
August 7, 2018AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has developed a new training course, Productive Machine Measurement: Benchmarking & Buy-in, to be held Monday, September 24-Tuesday, September 25, during the AICC/TAPPI 2018 Corrugated Week, at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, Ind.
Scott Ellis, Principal of Working Well, and the seminar trainer said, “this a full day of experience with the tools to understand process measures anywhere in the plant. You leave with the ability to measure, report, and motivate your team to more safe and productive work every day.”
This seminar will cover practical tools to improve productivity and reduce employee turnover. Learn how to develop a War Room where productive team members understand their jobs, know how to measure their work, and work together to improve every day. In this course participants will practice using tools in the War Room and on the Corrugated Week show floor.
