Barberan set to host open house event

After the success of its open house held in 2016, Barberán will open its doors once again on 12th and 13th February, 2019 at its plant in Castelldefels, Barcelona, to demonstrate a complete single pass digital printing line for the corrugated industry. The line will be shown in production and is equipped with all the latest features developed by Barberán and its partners.

Besides showing the line running at a maximum speed of 80 m/min, the event will have technical presentations by Barberán and partners like Esko, ink suppliers, peripheral machinery and as well a success story by one of the early adaptors.

During the event, visitors will see:

• Jetmaster 1890 in action. A fully equipped line, including feeder, unloader & stacker. Working at maximum speed;
• New software pack to meet customer’s needs, with new functions and a new user interface. Full demo of the new features;
• Variable Data System, a flexible and versatile tool for the packaging industry;
• G7 Certification Ready. Two printing lines have been certified G7 Master in 2018. Colour experts will be available during the open house;
• Open inks. Four approved suppliers will be present – Atonal, Kao Chimigraf, Sakata Inks and Toyo Ink Group. Low migration inks presentation.
