ABG and Kocher+Beck target growth with purchase of Enprom Packaging
July 3, 2019ABG and Kocher+Beck have agreed to buy Enprom Packaging, with the move target to aid the growth of both companies.
Enprom Packaging is a Spanish labelling, converting and packaging equipment manufacturer that was established in 2012. According to ABG managing director and owner Mike Burton, the acquisition will strengthen and expand the finishing equipment manufacturer’s web-based processing offerings, while also enabling it to enter new market segments with lower-level risk.
