375 million for Sandersdorf-Brehna New paper mill creates 140 jobs
August 22, 2018Progroup AG will build a large paper mill in Sandersdorf-Brehna for the production of corrugated base paper from waste paper. The company is investing around 375 million euros in order to create around 140 new jobs locally. Progroup and the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Saxony-Anhalt announced this on Wednesday morning.
The project is scheduled to start in June 2018 The start of construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2020.
The factory is to be erected in the industrial area Stakendorfer Busch on the edge of the Solar Valey on a 450,000 square meter plot.
